It all starts with defining your goals: GB

Setting goals is the most effective way women can empower themselves and develop their purpose. That is true whether you strive to be a top-rated scientist, a business powerhouse, a busy mom, or just the best you that you can be. It all starts by defining your goals.
This is a fact proven over and over again in history. Consider the lives of some powerful women who set goals for themselves and worked hard to meet them.
Consider the lives of some powerful women
“Real change, enduring change, happens one step at a time.”
Ruth Bader Ginsburg
A smart woman that most people admire is the late Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Born in 1933, Ginsburg started her road to the Supreme Court in Brooklyn, NY. Ginsburg married at a young age and was a mother before she even began law school.
In the 1950s, few women went to law school, and even fewer mothers did. She was one of the only women in her class at Harvard Law. She transferred to Columbia and graduated first in her class.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg made a career out of fighting for women's rights and as an advocate for gender equality. She was the only female justice in the Supreme Court at one time. That record was broken in 2009 with the appointment of Sonia Sotomayor. The Notorious R.G.B died in 2020 after several bouts with cancer.
“Success isn't about the end result, it's about what you learn along the way.”

Vera Wang
Vera Wang began her career as a professional figure skater, a writer, and a fashion editor. Still, it wasn't until she was 40 years old that she considered becoming a fashion designer. She began again at 40, launching her now-iconic bridal collection, and she has never looked back. This demonstrates that the job path you choose in your twenties isn't always the one that leads to success and contentment later in life.
“Technique and ability alone do not get you to the top; it is the willpower that is most important.“
Junko Tabei
Junko Tabei made history breaking gender stereotypes when she became the first woman to climb Mount Everest in 1975. She added to her legacy by being the first woman to climb the Seven Peaks (the highest points on each of the world's seven continents) in 1992.
Along with being one of the most famous women mountaineers, Tabei wrote seven bestselling books, developed projects designed to clean up the garbage left on Mount Everest, and taught children the art of mountaineering.
In 2012, after being diagnosed with stomach cancer, she took an expedition of young people up Mount Fuji.
“Beauty is really all about confidence.”
Sofia Vergara
By the age of 21, Sofia had become a divorced mother of one. She hopped between modeling and acting jobs while raising her son, Manolo, without quite creating a name for herself. Vergara was 37 years old when she earned the coveted part of Gloria Pritchett on ABC's Modern Family, launching her career and propelling her to the A-list.
She rose to become one of television's highest-paid actresses, finding empowerment in both her beauty and her sense of humor. She met her husband, actor Joe Manganiello, in her early 40s and married at the age of 43. Vergara demonstrates that the older you become, the better life gets.
Goals were the motivation that got these women to the top of their fields.Whether you want to make it to the top or just feel better about yourself, it starts with discipline and deciding to get there. Check out Gluteboost products and see how they fit into your goals.
